Finally the list of 32 players that will fight for a place in the available 23 slots in the Super Eagles squad to the 29th Orange Africa Cup of Nations in South Africa has been released by Stephen Keshi.

The list was made available following Keshi’s a meeting with the NFF Technical Committee in Abuja on Friday, where he defended his selection – a squad comprising 14 home-based professionals and 18 overseas-based players.
Already, the NFF has fine tuned plans for international friendlies with Catalonia and Cape Verde, the former to take place on January 2, 2013; while the clash with surprise Cup of Nations debutants, Cape Verde, will come up on January 9 – the deadline for submission of final list of 23 players for the showpiece event by CAF.
