Biliewe, who washes vehicles for a living, admitted before an Oyo Magistrates’ Court that he raped the 14-year-old on Dec. 6 inside a kiosk near his workplace.
He was arraigned on a one-count charge of rape.
When asked by Magistrate Jejelola Ogunbona to confirm whether she was actually raped, the victim said that the defendant carried out the act.
Ogunbona remanded Biliewe in prison custody and adjourned the case till Dec. 19 for sentencing.
The prosecutor, Sgt. Musa Raji, had said that the offence contravened Section 221 (2) of the Criminal Code Laws of Oyo State, 2000
